How can I complete the Sexual Harassment Prevention training?
If you are a GOCO Consulting or In Field Strategies staff member, please contact your direct employer to complete the training.

RAYVN

Will we continue to use RAYVN?
Yes. CRC staff, primarily CSLs, will continue to use RAYVN going forward, and it is not linked to Staffing Hub.
I am a Customer Service Support Staff (CSS) but cannot access RAYVN. Who do I contact for support?
Unlike Customer Service Leads, CSSs do not have access to login to RAYVN. However, they will receive RAYVN communications via text.
I have not received a registration invite from RAYVN. Who can I contact?
If you have completed CSL/RAYVN Training more than 1 week ago and have not received a RAYVN registration invitation, please contact our SWS CRC Staffing Team at crc@swspr.com.

Trainings

When do we have to complete trainings by?
Trainings are to be completed at each staff member’s own pace. However, to be considered for staffing opportunities, staff need to complete all trainings as they come out. The minimum requirement for working at a site is completing 1 PGE Overview and 2 PGE Applications & Site Setup trainings.
Will staff be notified when new trainings are released?
Yes! Staff will receive an email from the CRC Staffing Team (crc@swspr.com) when new trainings become available.
What do I do if my training isn’t showing up as complete?
Ensure you have clicked on and through every aspect of the interactive slides of the training as this is often why trainings show as Incomplete. If you have done this and it is still showing as incomplete, email crc@swspr.com and provide a screenshot of the final slide of the training. The CRC Staffing Team will be able to assist you from here.
Which browser works best for TalentLMS?
Google Chrome on computers and the TalentLMS application on mobile devices.
I have a question about my trainings. Who do I ask?
Any questions regarding trainings can be directed to the CRC Staffing Team via email at crc@swspr.com or via text at 559-202-3810.

When are monthly engagements typically hosted?
Typically, monthly engagements are hosted the third or fourth Tuesday or Thursday of each month at 11 a.m. or 6 p.m.

I am unable to support the CRC program; who do I contact?
Contact your direct employer if you can no longer support the CRC program.
