Technology Hub

The Southwest Strategies CRC Staffing Program uses three technology platforms to train and coordinate CRC staff before, during and after Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) and All-Hazard events (PG&E staff only). Here’s an overview of each platform and how you can expect to use them.

CRC Staffing Hub

All Staff
  • Used to manage your contact information, input your availability, see upcoming job assignments and access resource materials.

TalentLMS

All Staff
  • Used to complete required training modules.
  • Syncs with CRC Staffing Hub.

RAYVN

PG&E: CSLs ONLY
| SDG&E: All Staff
  • Used by CSLs (PG&E) and All Staff (SDG&E) to report the number of site visitors, supply counts and visitor sentiment.
  • Also used as a two-way communication tool with SWS Event Manager.
